About
Janeen Goligher
Taking on a major construction project is exciting, it also comes with a lot of unknowns and decisions. My role is to guide you through the process with clarity and confidence.
I’m an AutoCAD-trained interior designer with experience working alongside clients, architects, contractors and trades.
I started my career at a high-end interior design studio in Toronto, where I quickly realized that half the satisfaction of design came from seeing projects come to life after they were handed off to the contractor. That realization led me into a project management role with a custom home builder, where I gained a strong understanding of construction costs, materials, installation details, trades, and timelines.
More than 30 new home builds and countless renovations later, I have a deep understanding of how design and construction work together. Along the way, I’ve designed and built two homes for myself + two kids, and moved twelve times (I kid you not!) Those experiences have shaped how I think about function and have helped me make purposeful, practical design decisions.
I know major projects can feel overwhelming. I’m also a big believer that they should be fun. I’m hands-on, collaborative, and invested in the process. The goal is a home that reflects both the character of the space and the people who live in it.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me reading, hiking, or at the beach near my home in Trout Creek, Summerland.

Janeen Goligher is a full-service interior designer specializing in new builds and large-scale renovations throughout the Okanagan, Lower Mainland and across Canada.
With a focus on creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional, we work closely with clients, architects, and contractors to guide projects from concept through completion.
Every project is unique. We’re always happy to talk through your specific needs and see if we’re the right fit.
I work with people to express who they are through the spaces they live in.
